不同产地及外观形态夏枯草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量比 较的论文 不同产地及外观形态夏枯草中齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量比 较的论文 【摘要】 目的 比较不同产地、长度、色泽的夏枯草中齐墩果 酸和熊果酸的含量,为更全面地控制夏枯草的质量提供依据。方法 采 用高效液相色谱法,以shim pack c18为色谱柱,乙腈 甲醇 水 乙酸铵(体积比68?16?16?0.5)为流动相,检测波长为215 nm, 流速为0.8 ml/min。结果与结论 不同产地夏枯草中齐墩果酸和熊果 酸的含量差异较大,果穗短者两者含量高于果穗长者,紫红色果穗者 两者含量高于棕色果穗。 【关键词】 夏枯草 产地 果穗 齐墩果酸 熊果酸 abstract:objective to compare the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in prunella vulgaris with different appearances and from different provenances,in order to control the quality of prunella vulgaris.methods samples were analyzed on ashim pack c18 column. the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile methol water ammonium acetate (68?16?16?0.5) under aflow rate of 0.8 ml?min-1. the detection wavelength was set at 215 nm.results and conclusions there were large differences in contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid among prunella vulgaris with different provenances and appearances, higher in prunella vulgaris with short and mauve ears. this method was suitable for the quality control of prunella vulgaris.
