METHODS: The 摘要 sedativehypnotic effect was studied by observing the spontaneous action and pentobarbital sleeping time in mice. RESULTS: LNN obviously decreased the 摘要 walking time and the frequence of its raising forelimb. Compared with preadministration or control group, lowdose LNN (P<0.05), middle and highdoseLNN (P<0.01) obviously prolonged the pentobarbital sleeping time in mice in adosedependent manner.
