浅析工程项目成本控制 摘要：工程项目又称单项工程，是指具有独立存在意义的一个完整工程， 它由许多单位工程组成的综合体。工程项目是指投资建设领域中的项目， 即为某种特定目的而进行投资建设并含有一定建筑或建筑安装工程的项目。 工程项目的成本控制指的是施工成本管理应从工程投标标价开始，直至项 目竣工结算完成为止，贯穿项目实施的总工程。本文简单分析了工程项目 成本控制的方法。 Abstract: The project, also known as single project, is acomplete project which has the meaning of existence independent, and is the complex which consists of many units. Project is in the field of investment and construction, which is the project for certain purpose and contains a certain building or construction and installation. Cost control of the project is that the cost management starts from the construction tender price until the completion of the project, throughout the total implementation of the project.
