Over the past few years, the Studio has grown in size, influence, and recognition, attracting talented and passionate English teachers from around the world who share acommon vision of learning and teaching excellence. As part of the Studio's ongoing efforts to promote individual and collective growth, each member is required to develop apersonal work plan that outlines their priorities, objectives, strategies, and measures of success for the year ahead. These plans are reviewed and revised annually, taking into account feedback from colleagues, learners, and stakeholders, and adjusted flexibly according to changing circumstances and needs.
