种植大棚管理人员绩效考核办法为提高蔬菜大棚内部管理水平和经营效益，进一步明确责任，强化考勤管理，建立科学合理的生产，规范化操作，细化内部各个环节的衔接和落实，以提高生产效益为目标，特制定以下绩效考核办
